Product Introduction
5083 aluminum coil belongs to the aluminum-magnesium alloy series. It is the strongest corrosion-resistant alloy among practical non-heat-treatable alloys and is suitable for welded structures. At the same time, 5083 aluminum alloy also has excellent properties of resistance to seawater and low temperature, and is a typical representative aluminum material for marine aluminum. The most commonly used tempers of 5083 aluminum alloy are H111, H112, H116, and H321. In particular, 5083 H116 aluminum has a magnesium content of up to about 5%. It has high corrosion resistance and can resist seawater erosion. It is mainly used in the underwater parts of ships.
