6005 Aluminum Sheet
6005 aluminum sheet is an aluminum magnesium series alloy that cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, but can be polished. It is a widely used rust-proof aluminum. Product Introduction
The silicon content of 6005 aluminum sheet is more than that of 6061 aluminum plate and 6063 aluminum sheet. Therefore, 6005 aluminum plate sheet will have higher tensile strength and yield strength, and better fracture toughness. Alloy aluminum sheet 6005 has similar properties to alloys 6106 and 6082, and can sometimes be used interchangeably with them, but 6005 has stronger extrusion characteristics. Applications with higher strength requirements will choose 6005.
