What Are The Requirements for Aluminum Substrates for CTP Plates?
1. There are no fractures, corrosion pits/spots, vents, scratches, breaks, marks, peeling, pine branch-like patterns, oil stains, or other faults on the surface.
2. Non-metallic intrusion and adhesion, horizontal skin, and horizontal lines are not permitted on the surface; 3. Slight color variances, bright stripes, and other difficulties are not permitted; and 4. No bulges, ruffles, or other irregularities are permitted.
