It has a 99.5% pure aluminum content, outstanding electrical and thermal conductivity, high corrosion resistance, and excellent molding processing characteristics. Product Introduction
Additionally, non-heat-treated 1050 aluminum strip has poor strength, is not machine-machineable, and cannot be enhanced by heat treatment. However, it is capable of gas and contact welding. Large-scale applications in the sphere of industrial manufacturing are well-suited for 1050 aluminum strip due to its relatively easy production method and reasonably mature technology. It is frequently utilized in situations where great corrosion resistance and formability are required but moderate strength is required, such as in transformer windings, cable sheaths, soft connections for lithium batteries, earphone materials, etc.
