5454 aluminum sheet belongs to the 5xxx series aluminum alloy. It can be used as a rust-proof aluminum sheet and can adapt to harsh corrosive environments. Product Introduction
As an aluminum-magnesium alloy, 5454 aluminum sheet has about 20% higher strength than 5052 aluminium sheet, and its corrosion resistance is better than 5154 aluminum under harsh environmental conditions. 5454 aluminum plate sheet has higher tensile strength and yield strength than 5052 aluminum and 5754 aluminum, and is suitable for high load and high strength applications. In terms of fatigue resistance, 6061 aluminum sheets are not as reliable as 5454. And 5454 aluminum will be more adaptable to high temperatures and can maintain good mechanical properties under high temperatures.
