Carbon coated aluminum foil is a material used for the cathode current collector of lithium-ion batteries after adding a carbon coating layer to the surface of the aluminum foil. Carbon coating refers to coating 0.5g/m2~2g/m2 of carbon on the surface of aluminum foil. After carbon coating treatment, it is beneficial to improve the rate performance of the battery and extend the service life of the battery. Carbon coated aluminum foil can be divided into single-sided carbon coated aluminum foil and double-sided carbon coated aluminum foil. The main alloys commonly used in battery foil are: 1070, 1060, 1235, 1100, 8011, 3003, etc., but the most commonly used ones are 1235, 1060, 1070, 1100 . Aluminum alloys like 3003 are mainly used to produce ultra-high strength battery foils.
