Product Introduction
Anodized aluminum offers a combination of durability, thermal management, aesthetics, electrical insulation, and ease of fabrication, making it an excellent material choice for LED lighting applications.
The outer layer of these aluminum materials is treated to form an oxide layer with different colors and properties. These oxide layers further enhance the aluminum’s corrosion resistance, hardness, and decorative performance.

Applications
1xxx Aluminum: The 1xxx series aluminum is primarily composed of pure aluminum, with common alloys such as 1050, 1060, 1100, etc. They exhibit excellent formability, thermal conductivity, and electrical properties, making them widely used in construction, household products, electronic devices, lighting fixtures, decorative materials.
3xxx Aluminum: The 3xxx series aluminum refers to aluminum alloys containing manganese. Common alloys include 3003, 3004, 3005, 3105, 3A21, etc. The 3xxx series aluminum offers good corrosion resistance, weldability, and mechanical properties. It is widely used in construction, automotive manufacturing, electronic equipment, beverage cans.
The 3000 series aluminum sheet is primarily composed of alloys such as 3003, 3004, 3005, 3105, and 3A21. It is often referred to as rust-resistant aluminum sheet, and our factory excels in the production process of the 3000 series aluminum sheet. This series is characterized by the presence of manganese as the main alloying element, with manganese content ranging from 1.0% to 1.5%. It is known for its excellent rust resistance. The 3000 series aluminum sheet is commonly used in applications such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and vehicle bottoms that require resistance to humid environments. It is priced higher than the 1000 series and is a commonly used alloy series.
Product Advantages
As a professional manufacturer with decades of experience in aluminum materials, our anodized aluminum exhibits outstanding performance:
- Corrosion Resistance: Yongsheng anodized aluminum features an excellent resistance to corrosion. The oxide layer is highly resistant to fading or degradation, allowing it to maintain surface integrity and durability even in harsh environments, addressing the shortcomings of regular aluminum in acidic or alkaline conditions.
- High Hardness: Anodized aluminum treated by Yongsheng possesses high hardness. The oxide layer of Yongsheng’s anodized aluminum demonstrates excellent wear resistance, enabling it to withstand scratches and abrasion to maintain its aesthetic appeal and protect the underlying material.
- Insulation: Our anodized aluminum exhibits good insulation properties, making it suitable for electronic and electrical applications as an insulating material.
- Uniformity: The oxide layer of Yongsheng’s anodized aluminum demonstrates high uniformity, ensuring a consistent performance and appearance throughout the entire surface of the aluminum material.
- Controllable Film Thickness: The thickness of the oxide film in anodized aluminum can be precisely controlled by adjusting the processing time and conditions, meeting the requirements of various applications. Yongsheng Aluminum is capable of producing oxide layers with different thicknesses, ranging from a few micrometers to tens of micrometers.
- Adhesion: Yongsheng guarantees excellent adhesion between the oxide layer and the substrate, providing long-lasting protection.
- Thermal Stability: Yongsheng’s anodized aluminum can maintain its performance and appearance stability within a certain temperature range, exhibiting high temperature resistance.
