Aluminum Tread Plate
Aluminum tread plate is a metal plate with raised indentations on one side, forming a raised pattern, usually 1.5mm in height, while the other side has no texture. They are often called checker plates, checkered plate, or diamond plates, and are mostly made of aluminum, but steel panels are also sold.
Aluminum diamond sheets have good impact resistance and load-bearing properties, making them ideal for use in interior or exterior areas with high foot traffic and heavy vehicle traffic, such as service walkways, cargo loading areas and car parks. The raised tread hides surface damage and provides extra slip resistance and traction.
Brushed Aluminum Sheet
Different types of aluminum sheetings are available in brushed or unbrushed variants, including anodized aluminum sheet and aluminum composite plates. “Brushed” refers to a fairly uniform pattern of shiny parallel scratches and scratches intentionally introduced onto the surface of a metal sheet to give it a satin-like sheen. Color-coated Aluminum Sheet
Color-coated aluminum sheet is a new type of environmentally friendly coating material that is cured by coating one or more layers of organic paint on the surface of aluminum coils by a color-coating unit. It has the characteristics of light weight, corrosion resistance, good toughness, easy processing, and strong decoration. The two most famous coating materials are PE and PVDF. Compared with PE colored aluminum sheets, PVDF color-coated aluminum sheets can be used for 20 or even 30 years and are more expensive.
