Different approaches may be employed, such as employing a cross rotating beam coiler or utilizing dual sets of alternating uncoilers at the front and back. The goal is to ensure a consistent and uninterrupted supply of coils to the production line.
  2. Cleaning and Chemical Treatment: This stage involves thoroughly cleaning the upper and lower surfaces of the aluminum coil and subjecting it to chemical pretreatment. The purpose is to achieve a clean surface and apply a chemical treatment that facilitates strong adhesion of the paint.
  3. Painting: The painting process involves the application of paint. Typically, a production line will have at least two roller coaters to ensure the application of two layers of finish paint and primer.
  4. Curing: Curing refers to the process of drying and solidifying the paint layer. It is important to ensure that the freshly painted coil completes the fixed path before coming into contact with the next roll surface to prevent adhesion and damage. Generally, this process involves at least two curing boxes.
  5. Finished Product Output: This stage involves the efficient output of finished products to ensure that the production line speed is synchronized with the transfer of the completed items. The aim is to maintain a smooth flow and avoid any delays or bottlenecks in the production process.
